The most anticipated event of the year is right around the corner. We are expecting over 200 golfers. Don't wait, sign up now to reserve your team's spot! Open to all personnel—military, civilians, contractors, retirees, families, friends, etc. To increase the fun and winning opportunities, there will be two Hole-in-One challenges. One will be the opportunity to win a car and the other will be a chance to win up to $10,000 for a small donation. We will also be offering a variety of adult and non-alcoholic beverages for a small donation. Cash is always welcome and mobile pay options will be available.
Proceeds benefit the Larry Benson Scholarship fund. Over the last 25 years, NASIA has awarded $353,000 in scholarships to hundreds of the kids and grandkids of NASIC employees this year because of the generous support of our sponsors and golf outing participants. Scholarships are open to the kids and grandkids of current and retired military, civilians, and contractors working at NASIC, NSIC and Dayton Area Intelligence Organizations.
Where: Locust Hills Golf Course, 5575 N River Rd, Springfield, OH 45502
When: Friday 19 September 2025, Shotgun start at 0900, registration begins at 0800
Who: Open to all personnel - military, civilians, contractors, retirees, families, friends, etc.
Rules: Scramble Format, must use at least 1 drive of each person on the team.
To Register please fill out the online form below. You have three options for paying:
1) Credit Card
2) Check - mail your check to NASIA; PO Box 84; Fairborn, OH 45324
3) Cash - Pay with cash or check the day of the event.
On the Registration Form - Please follow these directions
- For Solo Golfers or a Non-Sponsorship Foursomes - Use the Solo Golfer item and click the "Add Registrant" button to add each player's information (name & contact info)
- For Sponsorship Foursomes - Select both the Sponsorship Foursome and Sponsorship Level items. Click the "Add Registrant" button to add each player's information (name & contact info)
- Note - There is a software error on the registration form. Companies - DO Not check the box as a "Charitable Donation" this causes an issue with the payment process. We have a help ticket in to address this issue, however in the interim just leave that check box empty.
Note- if you elect to Pay by cash on the day of the event, the Confirmation Notice will show a Service Fee. The software assumes you will pay with a credit card at the event, however there will not be a fee if you pay via cash/check.
Another Note - If you are part of a foursome, but paying as an individual, please make sure to enter your company/team name to ensure that your team is registered together

- All sponsorships and donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
- A receipt for your donation will be provided upon request.
